Youth Leadership
Through experiential challenges, teamwork and honest reflection, Malaysian youth build confidence, purpose and resilience, learn responsible communication and action, and grow into future leaders of character who positively influence others.
Teenagers are in a key stage of emotional, mental and social development. MYCP supports youth through experiential learning, helping them build leadership, influence, trust and the courage to express love and responsibility in daily life.
The program combines team activities, communication practice, goal setting, sharing and guided reflection. Students learn to discover potential, clear internal interference, face obstacles and build new patterns for learning, relationships and personal direction.
